Looking for good Tech's that can work on most any make or model of vehicle. We have more work than we can handle right now we are turning it away. Shop has grown from 2 bays to 5 bays in the last few years. Need people asap Must Have a positive attitude and be able to show up to work Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm. Must be able to be accountable for the cars you work on. Make sure the customer requests are met and expectations exceeded. We do offer paid holidays for the major holidays. Vacation pay after you have been here for a year. There will be a guaranteed minimum pay and very good compensation set by your experience paid by the labor hours you turn. We keep track but you also should keep track of the labor hours you turn throughout the week. None of this should be new to anyone who has experience in this field but need to make sure I let everyone know how things work in this business in case
Need to have your own tools but shop has the big equipment like scan tools tire and brake machines etc for everyone to use.
