We’re Hiring in Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky (Residential and Commercial)
Qualified applicants should have:
- 3 to 5 yrs. experience, preferred longer
-Insurance and Workers Comp
- Knowledge of residential flooring installation
- Driver's license, reliable transportation (van/truck)
- Valid SSN/ITIN & willing to submit to a background check
- Use mobile devices
- All trade tools to install with by manufacture specs & guidelines
No Insurance-No Problem
We will assist you in getting your insurance.
We Install:
Carpet Glue down and Stretch
Floor Tile
Hardwood-Nail/Glue/Float
Vinyl Plank
Sheet Goods-Linoleum
Laminate
Backsplash-Kitchen
This is a 1099 subcontractor position.
Year Around Work, Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Reliable Work, Trust Worthy Company (since 1990), Installer website (paperless work orders and invoices) Local Warehouses/Support Staff

Starting basic Pay which is negotiable depending on experience and professionalism
Carpet 3.75 (Will pay more for travelling crews)
Laminate 1.35
Vinyl Plank 1.35
Sheet Vinyl 8.00
Ceramic 2.75
Example of weekly pay to sub-contractors is from 5k to 10k and more
