Performance skills and qualifications:
Be at work every day and on time. This is an absolute must!
Two years' of verifiable experience as a professional lawn maintenance tech.
Proficient with commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and hedgers.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. + consistently throughout the day.
Available to work Monday through Friday. 40+ hours a week.
Know how to communicate and get along and work with others. This is an absolute must!
Must be able to pass drug test and background check. This is required for multiple accounts that we service.
Job Description
Perform lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks.
Use equipment safely and professionally in performing lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks.
Properly manage Personal Protective Equipment use.
Work with a Crew Leader to ensure all work is efficiently and accurately completed.
Accurately record job site times on a daily basis.
Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, and raking.
Work with and assist other crews on an as needed basis.
Highly Desired
Valid Driver's License with a clean record. Clean driving record and ability to drive large vehicles with attached trailer. (This is non-negotiable for crew leader positions)
GI-BMP certified with Fertilizer License
Limited Commercial Pesticide Applicator license
Experience with basic repair and installation of irrigation systems.
2 or 4-year degree in Horticulture or Landscaping.
Compensation for crew members starting at $11.00/hour with final compensation based on experience and illustrated performance ability. Room for long term growth and advancement.
