Opening for a full time, Year around, janitorial position for common area of a condominium building, note- this is NOT a housekeeping position.
Duties include changing trash liners, arranging pool furniture, cleaning exterior windows, picking up trash on the property, cleaning dumpster rooms, etc.
40 hours weekly Wednesday thru Sunday, Saturday and Sunday are mandatory. 8:00am-5:00pm. Starting at $10 per hour, depending on experience. Call for appt. EOE.
This job is in Orange Beach, Alabama, and all applications and interviews will be handled from there. Please call between 9AM and 3PM Monday thru Friday- calls outside this schedule will not be taken. You must call for an appointment!
