Part Time Warehouse Associate
Pace Runners is looking for a Part Time Warehouse Associate in Pensacola, FL.
The shifts are Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM subject to vary.
Compensation: $11/hr
Position Overview:
The Part Time Warehouse Associate position provides key support for delivery services. This person will be responsible for assisting and receiving, unloading trucks, scanning in freight, and checking for damaged goods. In addition, the Part Time Warehouse Associate maintains positive and ongoing relationships with external customers and freight partners.
Job Duties
Loading and Unloading various types of freight onto trucks and vans
Lifting and Sorting orders to be shipped
Use of technology including scanners
Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for customer traffic
Ability to multi-task various functions simultaneously
Build relationships with customers to ensure continued operating improvements
Communication at all organizational levels
Use of computers including Microsoft Office and other programs
Job Requirements:
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Forklift Certified preferred and ability to operate
Must be willing to work flexible schedule
Computer proficiency
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
Knowledge of DOT regulations is preferred
Able to stoop, kneel, bend, and lift packages that may exceed 50lbs
Must be skilled in operating box/straight trucks and cargo vans, and forklifts is preferred
