WE NEED SERIOUS APPLICANTS NOW! TO PERFORM GUARDRAIL INSTALLATION. NO GUARDRAIL EXPERIENCE NEEDED, CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS HELPFUL . We are located in McDavid, FL (about 20 miles North on Hwy 29 from Pensacola). We perform work in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. Applicants must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record and must have reliable transportation. THIS POSITION IS PHYSICAL DEMANDING with considerable bending and lifting (up to 75 lbs.) IN EXTREME SUMMER HEAT, YOU MUST BE HEAT CONDITIONED Shifts can be days, nights and some weekends. You will not be locked into ALL nights, travel or weekends. It all depends on the work, and what is required from our customers. Travel out of town is required, with lodging provided by us. After 90 days, you are eligible for Health Insurance (50% of employee health policy paid by us) we also offer Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, etc. Position has a minimum pay rate of $11.00 per hour to start, overtime is paid at time and a half. If you have a good work ethic and good attitude, you can qualify for raises as soon as your work quality, attitude and attendance is proven. We believe money is a terrific motivator and we will pay you accordingly. Position has the opportunity for advancement as well, our Supervisors can make up to $75k annually.
