Fast paced HVAC company seeking to hire someone immediately for Full Time Dispatch position
Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming/make outgoing calls using multi-line phone system set and confirm service appointments
* Scanning, filing and general office tasks
Requirements:
* Excellent communication, customer service & organization skills
*Able to multiple tasks with strong attention to data
* Basic computer knowledge & office skills *familiar with Quick Books and Excel a plus
*Flexibility with schedule (must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month)
*40+ hrs per week
