Our company is a local specialty construction company that services high profile clients throughout the
southeast. We have an immediate opening for a Marketing / Administrative Assistant. We strive to
provide our clients with timely technical submittals, quotes and support documents that meet their
needs.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Greeting clients and visitors.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations.
Scheduling and calendar management.
Coordinating events
Coordinate, plan, co-create, and co-manage a variety of marketing related projects.
Requirements:
Ability to manage reporting and scheduling with employees, customers and vendors.
Strong computer skills.
Strong desire to learn and advance.
People skills, ability to communicate effectively and an outgoing/warm personality.
Work hours Monday Friday 7:30 4:30
