Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola is an industry leader with multiple branch locations across Florida, is looking to fulfill the Operations Specialist position. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move to full-time. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.
Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail’s structured processes and complete required training. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
Receive inbound calls from customers
Provide support to customers and handle all inquiries
Perform data entry as needed
Process all new sales contracts
Contact customers to confirm appointments for fence quotes and fence installations
Prepare and file permits with various municipalities
Submit utility locales via irthnet website
Assist operations personnel as needed
Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
REQUIRED: 1 Year of prior office software experience with Google’s G Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skilled in verbal and written communications
Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet
Ability to work independently
Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
The Superior candidate will be:

Organized
A self-starter
Proficient in typing and computer skills, especially Google’s G Suite applications
