The Receiving Clerk / Assistant assists the Installation Coordination Manager on assigned projects.
The Receiving Clerk / Assistant works under supervision, assisting the manager, in coordination of job schedules, processing paperwork, verifying incoming materials and processing accordingly, answering of telephones, calling customers to verify job schedules, filing, etc.
The Receiving Clerk / Assistant must be a flexible and an adaptable team-player, as well as, possess strong time management, communication and client service skills.
Qualification:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic math/accounting skills
Functions effectively as part of a team
Good time management skills and organizational skills
Excel / Office efficient
