SUPERCUTS OF PENSACOLA is looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER. All candidates must be a Licensed Stylist. The successful candidate is a dynamic, responsible stylist who will also perform store operational duties and support the manager. Ongoing, paid training by certified trainers and an annual bonus package will be a part of your pay package. The successful candidate has assistant management experience or has been in the industry for several years.
This is a behind the chair position, and qualified candidates will have superior technical and customer service skills. Benefits include paid management ongoing training, paid vacations, a proven marketing campaign to support new and existing customer growth and a competitive pay plan. The candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period during which she/he will perform behind the chair as well as train for the assistant manager position.
