Two Georges Marina is in need of a service manager to take over the daily operations of our service department. This person must be friendly, outgoing, and organized. Maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction is critical to the success of this position. Previous experience in the Marine Industry is required. We desire someone that has excellent management skills, ability to train and, enjoys a challenge. If this sounds like you, we would be glad to talk with you on this position.
Responsibilities and duties :
Oversee the day to day operations of the boatyard
Communicate with Customers
Train and develop mechanics for their positions
Sell suggested work to customers
Develop policy and procedures to maintain an efficient and profitable service department
Help troubleshoot with mechanics
Communicate with OEMâs on Warranty Issues
