Role Synopsis:
Seeking tradesmen who are skilled in more than one trade for work on government contracts:
Requirements:
Seeking experienced tradesmen who are proficient in the following trades:
o Carpentry
o Drywall Hanger & Finisher
o Painter
o Skilled & Semi-Skilled Laborers
o Concrete Finisher
o Window Installer/Glazier
o Equipment Operators
Must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience
Must produce top quality work
Must be willing to travel
Must be able to pass a background check to gain access to Federal property
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be dependable and willing to work 40-50 hours per week as needed
Must have an excellent work ethic and team oriented attitude.
Must have reliable transportation
If you only have one skill or have less than two years construction experience as a tradesman you need not respond to this ad.
Compensation:
Wage based on Experience, Skill, and/or Trade ($14-$25)
These are top paying Davis Bacon scale positions so you must have the ability to produce top quality work.
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the desired trades with references
Applicants with less than 2 years experience or with experience in only one trade need not apply.
Other Requirement: (e.g. Travel, Location)
Willing and able to travel and work overtime as needed.
Part-Time/Full-Time Position: Full-Time
