REMOTE Lead Back End .NET Developer

A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Lead Back End .NET Developer to their team! This role will be 60-70% technical responsibilities, 30-40% team leadership responsibilities (You will be interfacing heavily with architects, attending architect review boards, identifying gaps to communicate requirements back to the development teams)

Cosmo or MongoDB (Mongo is currently used by the team) experience

Experience with Aerospike

Advanced knowledge and experience with GraphQL
Expertise in one of the following:

8+ years of working experience with C# and .NET Framework (looking for .NET Core or .NET 5) or Java / Spring Boot Framework. Experience in designing and building of event driven microservices

8+ years of experience with TSQL and relational database systems and an expert in working with NoSQL and Key-Value Database systems such as Redis

Expert knowledge with event platforms such as Kafka and modern messaging systems

5+ years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS

5+ years of demonstrated experience with any of the modern JavaScript libraries such as React (would be preference), Angular, VueJS

Expert with Unit Testing Libraries / Frameworks

Expert with RESTful Service patterns and Reactive technologies

Hands on experience in applying design patterns, writing unit tests, and optimizing performance in application level.

Experience with one or more advanced programming constructs such as multi-threaded programming, dependency injection, database design, and performance optimization

Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently and in close collaboration within an Agile development team.

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Leadership/mentorship qualities and an eagerness to fine-tune those skills
