OFFICE STAFF NEEDED – Palmetto Senior Mobile Home Park
Skills needed: ability to multitask, friendliness, ability to clearly communicate verbally & in writing, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. Position includes face-to-face with senior residents, scheduling, making verbal announcements, printing, organizing mailings, reservations, documenting, writing checks, among other office duties.
In person interview required and must pass background check.
Salary $40,000 - $50,000 to start; depending on skill level with scheduled increases upon success. Paid personal and vacation. NO INSURANCE OFFERED but a fee to use for this can be negotiated.
