Multinational company has an immediate need for a qualified, full time accountant to work in our office located in Sarasota, FL. This is a new position.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a fast paced environment. (Candidates without Quickbooks experience should not apply)
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Revenue recognition and balancing sales/payments daily (Specialized retail sales program)
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable (Trade Accounts and Inter-company)
General Ledger and Journal Entries as directed by Controller
Sales Tax (multijurisdictional)
Preparation of Financial Packet for review by Controller
Reports directly to the Financial Controller

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
