Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic company with headquarters in Atlanta, GA and a local office in Sarasota, FL. This role will be based out of the Sarasota office but will require significant travel to Atlanta and other business destinations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with high-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sarasota office and the CEO, ensuring smooth operations.
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations in Sarasota.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
High degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
