Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Review, analyze and evaluate complex business needs requiring system solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, design and acquire approvals on effective solutions.
Prepare detailed system requirement documents, including process flow diagrams, detailed specifications, UI content, wireframe mock-ups, etc.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project specifications are properly implemented.
Oversee all aspects of implementation including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, communications, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
/Candidatesmusthave experience in the following areas:/
Developing and managing detailed project plans
Preparing system requirement documentation
Managing all aspect of testing (create plan, create test cases, manage testers, bug prioritization and resolution)
Leading system project teams (meetings, communications, task management)
System training (training documentation, live & recorded demonstrations, inquiry management)
Providing management support as needed, including mentoring junior analysts and assessing and making managerial decisions as needed
Software - - MS Word, Excel, Projects, Visio
Qualified candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be well organized and able to work both independently and as part of a group. You must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, lead and collaborate with team members located across multiple time zones.Experience with the following are preferred although not required:
