We are seeking an experienced high energy peeps to join our team in our Sarasota location! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining and bar experience,manage the day to day operation, order food, schedule shifts, control labor and food cost.

Responsibilities:
Management all aspects of quick casual food service with full bar.
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage kitchen personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
