Duties
Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the baking process.
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other baking tools safely and efficiently.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Experience
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in the baking process.
