We are looking for a waiter/waitress for a full-time position 5-6 days a week

Job Description:
Greeting patrons, escorting patrons to their tables and presenting menus to patrons;
Explaining how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods;
Informing customers of daily specials;
Making recommendations according to customer’s preference and Checking customers’ allergic ingredient;
Writing customers' food orders on order slips, memorizing orders, and entering orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff;
Checking customers' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages;
Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems;
Serving food and/or beverages to customers;
Packing food as customers’ request;
Processing patrons’ bills and payments
Cleaning tables, removing dishes and glasses from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning;
Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for the health and safety of patrons and employees;
Stocking service areas with supplies such as water, food, tableware, and linens;
Implementing an approved marketing plan, such as introducing promotion events to customers, offering membership discounts, and placing advertising on the internet and newspapers, etc.
Performing deliveries when needed;
Accepting phone orders when needed;
Helping with kitchen prep work when needed;
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter at least 2 years
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
