SAUTE COOK/HEAD CHEF:::::
Looking for experienced cook to take on our main entree dinners including pastas
Must maintain cleanliness and organize kitchen and operations.
Must understand restaurant policies and general procedures.
Control inventory for all food and supply.
Be able to resolve problems and make decisions when needed.
Be wary of all food cost control.
Have basic knife skills, basic cooking techniques,
Ability to use machinery and use various kitchen equipment.
The individual must be professional, quick and efficient
PIZZA COOK/CHEF::::
Pizza chef must be able to hand stretch fresh dough in a high volume capacity
Execute the restaurant's highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness and operational execution
Serve our guests a high-quality product in a timely manner
Demonstrate knowledge of the Sixty East brand and menu
Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, staff and guests

Required experience:
Cooking: 1 year
Qualifications:
Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker
Prior Restaurant/Hospitality experience preferred
Highly Energetic and Motivated
