Our Story

As the cool neighborhood spot that breaks the mold and pushes boundaries whatever your vibe is we’ve got you covered… weekend brunch, late night eats, craft cocktails, sporting events, date night, or really any excuse you can think of to have a good time and enjoy a unique meal, cocktail, or craft beer.
In August of 2018 we converted a small dive bar into a full-service restaurant. After countless nights of remodeling and menu testing, we opened our doors and the Food + Beer concept was born. Since then, we have opened two additional restaurants and opening another later this summer. So, here’s your chance to get in on the ground floor with a locally owned & growing restaurant group.
What you’ll be doing:
· Creating authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention and service
· Ensure quality in service, both in production and execution.
· Oversight of 40+ employees
· Championing all marketing initiatives & daily specials. Aware of popular sporting events and
ensuring they are on TV.
· Responsible for all functional areas of operations management
· Responsible for coaching and mentoring team and managing all HR issues. Effectively communicating issues with company ownership.
· Providing coaching, counseling, appropriate documentation, and employee development for all staff.
· Ability to communicate effectively with team members, both BOH and FOH, Management, and Community
· Oversee and maintain all in-house cash handling procedures.
· Involved in planning events for holidays and special occasions.
· Creating a fun bar type party atmosphere while still maintaining a professional leadership role. Organizing the fun but not getting caught up in it!
Experience:
Full service restaurant management:
2 years (Required) or strong bar management or leadership position in high volume bar with food.
Proven success in previous positions
Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training
Stable and consistent work history in the Hospitality Field
Confident in coaching employees FOH & BOH and upholding standards in a positive and effective manner.
Has eye for detail and has an "every dish is an Instagram picture" mentality.

Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year
