Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships, is currently looking for a part-time Car Washer-Lot Porter. Hours/schedule will be somewhat flexible, but successful candidate must have good availability between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Saturday.
Our Car Washer-Porter is a primary support position where duties will range depending on the needs of the service department each day. This is a perfect position for a flexible person who likes to stay busy and keep the operation running smoothly for our customers and fellow employees. No late nights. Some Saturday hours required. Car Washer-Lot Porter Duties
At Sunset Automotive Group, we maintain the highest standards in customer service. This includes presenting our dealership and vehicles to our customers in the best condition. Our Car Washer-Lot Porter position makes that possible.
As a Car Wash-Lot Porter Associate for Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton, you would be the go-to person for multiple duties including:
Pull vehicles in and out of wash bays from service drive, parking lot, etc.
Thoroughly wash, dry and vacuum all customer service vehicles, and loaner cars.
Maintain a safe and stocked wash bay to maximize efficiency and safety
Greet customers on the service drive and direct them appropriately
Do quick checks and set-up on incoming vehicles, including placing protective covers over seats and floor
Transport vehicles to parking, shop, etc. to keep work flowing smoothly
Light facility maintenance, including restocking supplies and amenities
Pick up and drop off customers and make deliveries
Any other duties as needed to help in the successful operation of the service department
Car Washer-Lot Porter Requirements
We need someone reliable and with high standards of excellence to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. This position requires:
Dependability is a must!
Ability and willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work all day.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, acceptable record and verifiable work history.
