Bay Indies Resort Community is manufactured home development that includes 1,309 home sites on 211 acres. We also feature three recreation complexes, each of which include clubhouses, pools, spas and other indoor and outdoor recreation facilities.
We are seeking an individual that can handle a wide-variety of daily tasks that include such things as arranging pool furniture or cleaning off pool decks, porches and walk-ways using a motorized blower. This person will help with some housekeeping tasks like setting up a meeting rooms for a special events. They will be be called upon to help clean-up flower beds and add mulch to home sites. They will assist skilled maintenance workers as necessary. Candidates must have a current drivers license and be capable of driving a truck or golf cart as may be required to handle tasks at hand.
