We are currently looking for candidates to work Grounds & General Labor positions. These positions are short term & long term temp assignments. Day-to-day duties would include: general upkeep of all exterior grounds of the apartment community, including trash, breezeways, and parking areas. Pressure washing, painting, and light maintenance may be required. Moving stuff, cleaning out buildings/apartments, demolishing, or construction clean up. This is a position through our staffing agency.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a Local and Background check
Experience working in Apartment Communities (preferred)
These are ongoing opportunities, must be willing to work TEMP assignments
