We are currently looking for Maintenance/Handyman workers for short term temp and temp to hire assignments. The Maintenance Technician performs general repairs and maintenance within the apartments and prepares units for rental and any other task assigned to meet property standards. These are positions available through our staffing agency.
Requirements:
Must have experience in the apartment industry or have handyman skills
Must be able to pass a Local & National Background Check
Have reliable transportation
HVAC Certification a plus
These are ongoing opportunities, must be willing to work TEMP assignments
Pay rate: $14-17 D.O.E.
Location: Sarasota/Bradenton
