Maintenance/Landscape Position (Palmetto)
Newby Management is seeking a part-time maintenance/groundskeeper to begin immediately work at a 220 site 55+ RV community.
Seeking a courteous, professional, non-smoker (preferably), team player and task oriented person to work Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. with 1/2 hour for lunch.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
Heavy landscaping duties- mowing with zero-turn mowers, trimming, weed-eating, blowing, mixing lawn chemicals and fertilizers, etc.
General maintenance duties and repairs for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry;
Operate a power washer;
Painting (interior and exterior)
Capable of mixing and applying lawn chemicals and fertilizers.
Mechanically inclined-Repair small engines.
Good at troubleshooting, technical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, dexterity and stamina.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly. Strong back. Able to climb ladders.
Must have valid Driver's License.
Must enjoy outdoor yard work year round.
Team Player and self starter
Strong positive customer service skills.
