Seeking, able bodied independent person for part-time (1-2 days per/week (Flexible hours) landscape maintenance (including irrigation repairs, trimming, weeding, planting, mulching, pressure washing) and other general handyman tasks/repairs on properties in the Venice area.
Perfect for EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPER/HANDYMAN seeking additional income.
Must have experience, but, equipment is not required.
Will require own transportation and be Drug/Alcohol free, Reliable, Trustworthy, with good work Ethics (focused on work, and not, phone calls, texting, or any other personal distractions).
Background check may be requested.
Pay based on actual experience, work ethics, knowledge, and landscape maintenance abilities.
Pays $9-17 per/hour as Sub-contractor, and based, specifically on actual knowledge, experience, motivation, tasks, and work ethics.
May consider additional co-worker/assistant on some larger tasks.
