GDD Associates, Inc., an established leader in our industry for the last 40 years, has a part time opening for an office assistant in our Sarasota Florida home office located at the intersection of I-75 and Fruitville Road.
The ideal candidate should be able to work an average of 20 hours a week performing detail oriented tasks such as data entry, computer work, answering phones, assisting the office manager, responding to and maintaining correspondence. The Office Assistant must be available to report for their shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Desired qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Typing Speed of 60+ WPM with excellent accuracy
Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Email and Database Programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Perform filing and organization tasks
Operate a variety of office equipment
Previous experience in an office environment in a role that requires above average attention to detail and organization
The ability to pass a background check and drug test
