About The Position

Duties & Responsibilities
Supporting the CEO in his day to day business affairs
Maintaining the CEO's schedule, calendar, task list, etc.
Attend meetings, prepare minute, summaries, reports, etc.
Conduct research
Perform and manage special assignments and projects as assigned and required
Assist with marketing campaigns, create collaterals, etc. as requested
Prepare analysis of various business areas as directed
Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Office applications, Google Apps, CRM's and project management tools
Experience as an executive assistant
Strong organizational and people skills
Resourceful and results oriented
Ability to multi -task at a frenzied pace
Willingness to "do whatever it takes" to get the job done
Must pass high-level background check
About the Company
Realty Partners is young, rapidly growing next-gen virtual Real Estate Firm headquartered in Sarasota, FL with four current primary market areas: Tampa Bay, Sarasota/Manatee, Orlando and Miami-Dade/Ft. Lauderdale, as well as a presence in additional markets throughout Florida.
We have plans to rapidly expand throughout Florida and nationwide, beginning in the summer of 2019.
Realty Partners is the only truly agent owned company, with the majority of the company (including any and all subsidiaries and future affiliated companies) owned by our agents and associates.
