Medway Realty is a real estate brokerage with offices in Sarasota, Venice and Port Charlotte and we are looking for additional Inside Sales Agents (ISA). The role of an ISA is to convert leads to appointments. You will be responsible for contacting and prospecting with new leads. These inbound leads come from phone calls and our websites and your role will be converting these leads to appointments for our sales agents. All leads are provided - plenty of leads flowing every day. You will be repeatedly maintaining contact with leads over time to ultimately develop them into qualified buyer or seller appointments. ISAs need to be driven to make calls and customer service oriented relationships. You will be required to work at least 40 hours a week and in addition will be on "new lead" duty every other week. This is a sales position with a commission, so is not a 9 to 5 job. Performance based Basic Salary plus performance based Commission. Earning potential $40k to $100k, depending on your production.
