I am the owner and stylist behind Paige Leah Styles and I am looking to grow and expand my brand this year and beyond.
While my company is currently just me. I am looking to build a small but mighty team to grow the brand to its maximum potential. Your position with me will be critical and your input will be highly valued. Most importantly I am looking for you to be creative, have fun and chase big dreams. I am currently looking to bring on an assistant. This role is perfect for somebody who is new to the industry and looking for more training beyond cosmetology school as well as opportunity days to build a clientele with the support of an hourly pay.
This is an in salon position. My salon is located just south of Down town Punta Gorda and I will expect you to work here with me and be available for training.
The ideal person we are looking for is
1. Ambitious
2. Coachable . Must be able to take constructive criticism. If you cant this probably isnt a fit!
3. Organized
4. Pleasant to work with/people oriented
5. Motivated. I am constantly improving my business and I need you to be excited about changes we make.
