We have a Spa room available to lease if you're talented massage, etc., set up for an Esthetician or Massage Therapist, but could work for medical spa treatments, an acupuncturist, or anything in the spa/ wellness field. The room is already set up with furniture, equipment, and linens, just bring your tools and products, and run your own business how you'd like to. We offer reasonable daily or weekly rates, and your first 2 weeks are rent FREE to help you build! We have 4 stylists on our Salon team, a nail technician, and a Infrared Sauna to also help promote your business!

An amazing receptionist to greet your guests and serve them a snack or beverage at our deluxe Beverage Bar (which includes soda, coffee, tea, IZZE juice drinks, bottled water, beer, or wine.)
