Star2Star Communications is looking for talented and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialists to join our team. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding phone configurations, VoIP and UCaaS applications.
Your Background:
2 years of professional experience supporting UCaaS technology
Prior experience supporting the business and operational requirements in one or more of the following areas: Citrix Cloud suite, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server 2012 or newer operating system
Customer Network and Firewall troubleshooting and configuration experience
Basic knowledge of networking, Internet security, Internet browsers, and IT troubleshooting
Basic GNU/Linux CLI preferred
CompTIA A+ certification, desired
CompTIA Network+ certification, desired
