Thanks for visiting our ad. We are commercial builders, who build hotels, storage facilities, and mid rise apartments. We have two divisions. Structural/ misc. steel and cold form framing. We are based out of Tampa, FL, but we are a traveling crew who work in many different cities. At the present time we are scheduled to start a new hotel in St. Petersburg, FL on August 15.
We are hiring experienced metal stud framers only.. We are an easy going company, but we do expect our employees to follow company policies and BE RELIABLE.
1. Must have 3+ years experience
2. Must have transportation to work
3. Must have personal hand tools- screw gun, grinder, laser, level, etc…
4. Must wear PPE gear. Safety is important on our projects.
5. Must follow company policies.
A foreman position will require more duties. Read plans, operate forklifts, signal cranes, teach others, handle daily paper work, etc.
Pay will be determined by experience and your actual performance.
