Wildwood Services LLC is looking for Sub contractors to do Work Orders/Service calls to do repairs in retail stores. We can send work from Tampa to Ft. Meyers.
We can offer a strong work week with lots of hrs and we pay every week on Friday. Lots of opportunity for 40+ hrs a week or just a regular 40hr week.
The daily work consist of general repairs in commercial buildings for stores like Target, Fidelity, Barnes and Noble, Walgreens and many more.
Pay is contract work and we will issue a 1099 at the end of the year.
Must have a truck and own tools. Please be good at using a smart phone and getting photos and signatures and doing paperwork online.
We pay from the time you start your first work order through the full day till you finish the last. The way your travel is included.
We pay will building quotes onsite so no lost pay like other customers you may have that you loose money quoting jobs!
We do all the billing and chasing down payments. So no lost pay!
All of this adds up to lost money and your wages being less then you think ( Think about it if you charge 40 hr and do 52 hrs a week with quoting and all your paperwork cause 12 of those are spent chasing quotes and payments at home in the evening or a Saturday or Sunday when you could be relaxing with wife and kids, fishing or whatever or making more money working you actually only make $30 hr and have way more headache and then throw in 1 NON PAYMENT and you might be lucky to make $20 some weeks or months
