Primary Responsibilities Include:
Perform Heat Load & Energy Calculations for Residential HVAC New Construction Division
Ensure Energy Calculation Requests from Builders Are Processed In A Timely Manner
Answer Calls/Emails from Builders Regarding Energy Calculations Issues
Assist with Production Tasks And Job Set Up As Needed
Other Responsibilities May Include:
General Office Duties Associated with Residential New Construction Air Conditioning
Assist Branch Manager with Various Other Duties & Tasks As Required
Candidate Requirements:
Must Be Experienced/Certified to Perform Residential Heat Loads & Energy Calculations (Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Strongly Preferred)
Experience with HVAC Duct Sizing, Estimating, Job Costing, & Material Take Offs Strongly Preferred But Not Required
Must Be Motivated & Have Strong Organizational Skills
Must Posses A Strong Attention to Detail
Must Be A Self Starter & Able to Work Unsupervised
Must Be Able To Multi Task
Experienced with Computers, Customer Service Based Platforms, & Microsoft Office Products
Excellent Customer & Interpersonal Skills
Wages: Hourly $16.00 to $20.00 Depending on Experience/Ability
