Architectural Firm looking for an experienced Draftsmen with AutoCad LT or Architectural Desktop experience. Positions are immediately available for full time employment. We focus on Single-Family Homes and Multi-Family Homes. We would like the candidate to have 3 years' experience minimum working directly on construction documents in those disciplines. The candidate needs strong AutoCAD skills. We are looking for someone with proven production ability. The candidate needs at least 3 years working knowledge of the Florida Building Code.
The positions duties are as follows-Working on construction drawings-all phases, plan maintenance, permit packages, construction details, cross section, and general builder updates.
Qualifications-
5 years minimum AutoDesk AutoCAD LT or Architecture.
3 years minimum experience in Single-Homes Construction Documents to include; Elevations, Floor Plans, Foundation Plans, Truss Plans, and Electrical Plans.
3 years of working knowledge with the Florida Code Book
Lives in the Melbourne Area
