We are a "from scratch kitchen" specializing in fresh seafood, looking to hire an experienced LINE COOK. Candidate must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday nights. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience working with seafood, in a casual fine dining atmosphere. Must be able to prep quickly and efficiently, be very organized, have excellent knife skills, and great plating skills. Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and be well groomed in order to work in an open kitchen.
