Vincinos Pizza is looking for a high-energy pizza cook for its 5380 Stadium Parkway Location (Publix Shopping Center). Position is hands on. Focus on Quality is a must. Advancement opportunities available.
Requirements:
Applicant must have previous 24 hand stretched experience and the ability to work in an exciting, fast paced environment.
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
Understanding of food hygiene
Good time-management skills
Team spirit
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
Responsibilities:
Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
Wash and chop vegetables, cut, slice meats
Prepare ingredients, sauce and dough and assemble pizzas according to standards and orders.
Operate pizza ovens
Assist with special orders and when other work stations fall behind.
Maintain a hygienic work station, rotate ingredients, and clean equipment and pizza ovens.
