Job Requirements:
-High school diploma/GED
-Past maintenance experience preferred but will train.
-Experience with both hand and power tools.
-Valid driver's license
-Dependable transportation to and from work.
-Ability to work a full time 40 hour work week, including Saturday and Sunday and some holidays on a rotating schedule.
-Weekly payroll.
-Following the successful completion of a 90 day probation period, health benefits, retirement plan and paid holidays will be offered. Vacation time offered after first year anniversary.
Duties include but not limited to:
-General maintenance of the common areas and facilities.
-Keep common areas free of trash and yard debris and putting trash out for pick up.
-Minor repair of buildings and grounds.
-Maintain pool areas: test water and add chemicals, vacuum pools, upkeep of pool decks and furniture.
-Maintain irrigation system on the common grounds. Irrigation experience preferred but will train.
-Minor landscape work, e.g. tree trimming, pruning, SOD replacement, landscape upgrades.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
-Ability to climb a ladder.
-Ability to work outside in Florida's extreme heat.
