Our chiropractic office is looking for a part-time Chiropractic Assistant. Customer service is central to our office. This position requires a friendly, positive, energetic, health conscious individual who is comfortable promoting a healthy lifestyle. We are seeking an individual who is extremely professional, personable, trustworthy, mature, and dependable. You must be able to balance multiple projects, be a detail-oriented person, work as both a team player and independently, as well as, have a desire to learn and grow in order to take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Organizing inside and outside health talks
Coordinate outside marketing
Administrative support of all marketing initiatives
Seek new business that would benefit from our service
Monitor company's brand in social media channels
Create marketing material
Insurance benefit verification
Patient greeting, check-in/check-out procedures
Scheduling patient appointments
Answering phone calls
Opening and closing of office
Appointment reminder calls
Cross coverage of other duties
Position Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills required
Understanding of social media, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
Email marketing program knowledge a plus
Must be a self-educator and speak with confidence
Understanding of general office duties
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Possess the skills to promote the practice through public relations to local companies
Chiropractic background and office experience with an understanding of Chiropractic philosophy and terminology is preferred.
This position will demand 25 to 30 hours per week with an estimated starting salary between $10.00 to $14.00 per hour based on candidate's experience.
