Established Real Estate Firm seeks a very outgoing, organized, and dynamic personality to serve as an onsite Property Manager in our COCOA OFFICE.
Join our successful, fast-paced team and work with our Broker and Property Management Director completing move-ins, filing, lease renewals, clerical functions and acting as a liaison between tenants and rental property owners. Additional responsibilities include: Communicating with vendors and other team members in various departments. Scheduling, including arranging travel as necessary.
MUST be able to compose professional responses to both email and telephone inquiries for both tenants and owners.

Reliable transportation is required and driving throughout Central Florida should be expected as our business rapidly expands. Candidates should be able to multitask and be a team player.
Organizational skills are a must.
Experience:
1-2 years Property Management experience preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy are required
Ability to communicate clearly: both written AND verbal
Familiar with Email, MS Office programs
Basic bookkeeping, math, spelling & grammar skills
Familiarity with general office practices and procedures
MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
