(2 Positions Available) The Brevard Humane Society is seeking a full-time opportunity for both a Veterinary Clinic Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant to work at our high quality, high volume, low cost spay/neuter and wellness clinic. Interested candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and have the ability to function with confidence as well as with a team. Must provide excellent customer service for our clients and their pets. Maintain the quality and efficiency of the clinic office. Use of computerized record keeping system including appointment scheduling, medical input and use of multi-line phone system experience required. Must have a strong compassion for animals; be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, an excellent communicator, detail oriented, work in a team environment and possess a positive personality.
