We are currently looking for a Community Manager that is stellar in their customer service, strong on paperwork skills, and makes tenants feel safe and secure. The ideal candidate will have experience with an affordable housing program like Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8 (not just vouchers), or RD.

What do we expect from you? First and foremost, we're looking for a leader who can prepare their staff for leadership roles. Next, we want someone who takes excellent care of our tenants. Whether it's multi-family or Senior Housing, we want our tenants to have a safe and secure. Finally, you've got to do the work to keep us in business lease up, compliance, prepare and pass inspections, collect rent, and process evictions when needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in multi-family or Senior housing
Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant Manager or Property Manager
Minimum of 1 year project based affordable housing program
Bonus points if you're bilingual
