Job Description:
* Responsible for opening and closing new home community sales and model homes
* Greet potential buyers, provide information, and answer questions regarding the homes.
* Cultivate rapport with potential buyers and assist with their home buying needs.
* Hand out brochures, secure contact information for follow up, etc.
Job Requirements:
* Be outgoing and customer service oriented
* Have a professional demeanor
* Have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
* Proven closing/negotiating skills
* Ability to work with realtors, building relationships
* Great follow up skills with buyers and realtors
