Seeking an on-site manager for a 55+ manufactured home community near Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Great neighborhood location near dining, shopping, and the beach.
This community is easy to operate with a stable long-term client base, no clubhouse, and no pool to maintain. Duties include rent collection, banking, filling vacant homes when needed, scheduling contractors, etc. Although the duties will be light, we would ideally like someone who is around a lot so that they can keep an eye on things even when the office is not open. Office is open Monday - Friday in the mornings.
Manager will need to enjoy working with people and have good customer service skills. On-site living is required.
An on-site manager residence is provided, a $100 utility allowance per month and $1000 per month. This is a great position for someone who already has some sort of regular income but would like to work a little for additional compensation.

1-2 pets under 25 lbs. at maturity will be considered.
