Atlantic Business Systems Was founded in 1994 in Melbourne Florida as a God honoring company. As the office environment evolved, we did as well. In addition to our imaging offerings we offer managed IT, document management solutions and VOIP phone services.

We are currently looking to add a member to our Network operations center helpdesk team. The NOC team takes all incoming service requests for remote remediation. As we are a rapidly growing company, there are many advancement opportunities. Hours are Mon-Fri 8-5 and overtime as emergency client needs dictate. Most of the time is in the NOC department but there are occasions that will require deploying to onsite locations.
The ideal candidate is someone who is good with clients, has a high attention to detail, is resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-passed environment. The following skill sets are necessary to be successful in meeting the wide array of customer challenges.
Active Directory
Windows 7, 10
Word, Excel, SharePoint.
Office 365 administration.
Ticketing software- ConnectWise, E-Automate.

A+ and Net+ Certifications.
