Atlantic Business Systems is seeking a Copier Repair Technician with prior experience to maintain b/w and color copiers within a defined territory in Brevard County. Must have at least two years direct copier and or printer repair experience to apply.
The role consists of driving a company vehicle to client locations and troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on office equipment. Previous experience is preferred but, we are willing to train the right individual; highly motivated, has excellent customer service skills and a high mechanical aptitude.

This role is best described as a hybrid of 70% mechanical and 30% connectivity/IT related skill sets. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize proper troubleshooting procedures.
Repair and preform preventative maintenance on a full line of b/w and color digital copiers.
Utilize systems in place for service call tickets, part usage and transfer of inventory.
Adhere to all procedures including specific part replacement and maintenance intervals.
Utilize E-Automate on company phone to receive and close repair tickets.
Complete paperwork in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with each assigned customer.
Properly maintain a car, stock of inventory and repair tools/equipment.
Utilize websites, tech manuals, and technical publications to keep current on new and older equipment enhancements.
Provide customers with clear, concise information regarding the status of their equipment.
JOB TYPE: Full-time; Monday Friday; 8:00am 5:00pm
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2 Years direct copier/printer repair experience. (mandatory)
Valid State drivers license and reasonable driving record (Required)
